NRS Healthcare Nuvo Mobile Commode
The Nuvo™ Mobile Commode has been designed and developed by NRS Healthcare and can be used as a commode or over the toilet. Finished in attractive yet tough black upholstery and white epoxy coated frame, the design of the NUVO™ includes several features to benefit a wide range of users and carers. It features a wider frame - 490mm (19') between arms and seat, and a high user weight capacity - 190kg (30st). The unique design which includes a locking mechanism, removable & swing away arms and footrests - enables easy side transfer without risk of skin abrasion. It also has a comfortable and durable polyurethane overseat that will not tear or split
The Nuvo™ features 4 braked swivel 125mm (5') castors for safety and easy manoeuvrability, and moulded padded armrests for user comfort. Supplied with a potty, it also has a removable easy to clean commode pan - brackets can be positioned for rear or side access. Supplied with wire rack to support disposable commode pans. It is not designed for use as a transport or transfer chair, and not suitable for showering. Easy to clean, using mild detergent solution, the Nuvo™ Mobile Commode requires minor assembly.
