The mains powered single bed offers a wide range of positioning options, allowing it to provide the user with assistance when getting into and out of bed as well as to find the find the most comfortable and relaxing position, for sleeping, reading a book or watching television. A simple-to-use five button hand controller lets the user adjust every aspect of the bed, setting the position for the head, neck, back, hips and knees using a very quiet, electric motor. This effortlessly adjusts the position with a smooth controlled action, contouring the beds base to your shape for really excellent comfort.
With excellent design and high quality construction, the Devon Adjustable Bed ensures effective weight distribution and even support, helping to sooth those aches and pains and ease pressure. The very comfortable, single Pocket Sprung Mattress supplied in this item is ideal for use with an adjustable bed, able to deal with the constant movements of the bed without it suffering any damage. This single mattress' design works with each individual spring being enveloped in its own fabric casing, allowing each spring to work independently of all the springs around it and providing incredible comfort and excellent support. The Pocket Sprung Mattress is carefully upholstered using hand tufting to secure the multiple layers of comfortable fillings in place. These layers contain non-allergenic fillings which may help in the relief of many ailments such as, asthma, sneezing, coughing and wheezing.
