Q - How do I measure the correct height for the handles?
A - To select the correct size handles: (1) ensure that the most relevant footwear is being worn, e.g. outdoor shoes if it is to be used outdoors. (2) stand upright with arms hanging at the side of the body. (3) ensure the head is upright and facing forward. (4) measure from the ground to the bony part of the user’s wrist. This measurement will determine the height you need the handles to be set at - you will need to check this height against the height range shown on the specification tab.
Q - How do the brakes work?
A - When the rollator is in motion the brake levers can be squeezed upwards to slow down the rollator. When the rollator is stationary the brake levers can be pushed down to apply the parking brakes.
