Standard delivery to mainland UK - order before midnight on 14th December for pre-Christmas delivery (unless another expected delivery date is shown on the product page)
With standard delivery for in stock items, you will receive your order within 5 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Items on pre-order will show an expected date on the product page.
Please note, whilst our team will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible, it may take up to 4 working days to be dispatched from our distribution centre.
Please do not worry if you have not heard from us in the first few days after ordering as rest assured, a dispatch notification will be received as soon as your order is ready to leave our distribution centre.
Next day delivery to mainland UK - order by 3pm on 21st December for pre-Christmas delivery (unless another expected delivery date is shown on the product page
Available on orders submitted before 4pm from Monday to Thursday on qualifying products. Orders submitted on a Friday before 4pm will be delivered the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Delivery to non-mainland UK addresses - order by 7th December for pre-Christmas delivery
Delivery to addresses located in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland will incur additional charges
For Northern Ireland, residential customers do not require an EORI for delivery, however, if a delivery is to a business address, you will need to obtain an XI EORI number from the local tax authorities.
On certain products you can take advantage of our White Glove home assembly and delivery service. Our professional service will not only deliver your item to you, but also unpack it, assemble it in a room of your choice, and demonstrate it for you.
Need an item removing?
If you have an old item, we can also take this away for you and dispose of it accordingly. This additional service costs £70, please contact Customer Services team [email protected] to arrange for an item removal.
The White Glove home assembly and delivery service is available for UK mainland addresses only.
For made to order items, you will be given an approximate delivery date or an idea of how long the item may take to arrive when ordering. This isn't a guaranteed delivery date. If there is a delay, we will update you as soon as possible.
Some of our larger products need additional delivery details, such as accessibility to the property, before they can be dispatched. If you purchase one of these items, we will contact you to discuss this.
