About the Luna IPx4 Ceiling Hoist

• The Luna has a standard 5 year warranty on the motor and PCB, 1 year warranty on the batteries, and 2 years warranty on all other parts
• It has a unique, patented locking system on the spreader bar, that activates once weight is applied
• It features a unique bayonet fixing that makes it much easier to maintain, cutting downtime to literally seconds. Most people will be able to put in a replacement themselves without the need for an additional ‘Reacher bar’
• You can get a Paediatric Pod design at no extra cost - simply request it when ordering
• You can get an optional IPx7-rated handset (for use in dedicated wet areas i.e. bathrooms/wet rooms/changing places etc.) which means the handset would be protected against water-immersion. Its standard handset is IPx4-rated, which means it's protected against being splashed with water
• It has a wheeled-gantry system that is both height adjustable and can extend to either 3 or 4 metres for a temporary solution. The wheels to help make it easier to transport/set-up and position where it's needed
